Severe Kyphosis

Severe progressive cervicothoracic kyphotic deformity. Kyphosis can have varying symptoms and degrees of severity, from minor changes to the shape of your back and neck, to severe deformity, neurologic deficits, and chronic pain. Kyphosis is most common in the thoracic spine, though it can also affect the cervical and lumbar spine.

So wrong, but the first thing that popped into my head was that awful song "Hump Wit It" from the 90s - yea, I have useless junk in my brain

Re: Severe Kyphosis

My daughter had this at a 92 degree curve. It was crushing her heart and lungs. She had spinal fusion surgery about a year ago. No more high blood pressure and heart rate. She also doesnt need her inhaler anymore. Dr. Shindell at Phoenix childrens hospital saved her life! He is the best!
