are you sure this is the same baby normally surgery like this leaves scars or the face got some trace a bit left that something wasnt right before owever its totally normal . if it is the same baby then good he will be able to live a normal life |

It is the same baby... these pictures are from a medical article on a well-respected fetal - neonatal medical website. I think the reason the results of the surgery were so good was that the mass was mostly fluid... once the fluid was drained, just removing the excess skin and suturing along the line of the jaw and ear left the face completely intact.

That's great they were able to remove the fluid. Maybe I missed it, but why did they say it built up like that there..?
