Severe Crash Injury and Amputation
A middle aged male sustained a severe crush injury to his right forearm and hand with fracture disclocation of elbow, fracture dislocation of the wrist. He was told that the limb could not be salvaged and trying to salvage the limb will not yield any useful limb. He reluctantly agreed for an elbow amputation.
