Severe Arm Injury

35 young lady patient had sustained a side sweep injury to her right upper limb, Resulting in the following

*Median nerve injury at the elbow
*Fracture proximal 1/3rd ulna
*Comminuted Fracture head of radius
*Comminuted fracture of distal end of radius
*Unstable elbow
*Devascularisation and avulstion of multiple Flexor musculotendinous units
*Composite soft tissue loss at the elbow with exposed brachial vessels
*Degloving of the proximal forearm
*Deep abrasion with skin necrosis over the wrist

Damn..I thought my arm was bad..had surgery almost 3 weeks ago - decompression of the ulnar nerve / cubital tunnel, Decompression of median nerve / Carpal Tunnel..
Ended up getting an infection in my elbow..was in hospital all last week..3 different antibiotics,percocet,vicodin..they removed some of the sutures and I have an open area that I was instructed to clean with swabs and peroxide..they removed the sutures from my wrist and the sutures that held the nerve in place in my elbow yesterday. now it's just heal..antibiotic..vicodin,naproxen..
I have a few pics..but not sure if worthy of DR..lol
