They should NEVER EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER get this bad.. I work in a nursing home and we try to prevent them from ever occurring. If they do occur, we never let them get like this. It makes me so angry when bedsores occur. I just want to put whoever neglected them so severely into a bed and strap them down on their backs and leave them there, continuing to feed them, for a few days to simmer in their own waste. Sorry for being vile, it's just a very important issue. |

A friend of the family died from bed sore infections after a successful surgery. So sad. All medical personal who let things like that happen should be fired and then prosecuted for abuse.
