they are drains plugs ! too drain the fulid off his ears . thats why his ears are nasty looking . when the fulids drained out ! they will look normal again .

This guy has had a pretty rough go. read on his wikipedia page that he broke his back playing lacrosse when he was 16. In his last fight in the UFC (which was a loss, and cost him his job in the UFC) he tweeted a picture of his broken nose from the fight...  · |

the cauliflower ear wasnt caused by the one fight. its caused by training. but during fights if the ear is hit hard enough the cauliflower can rupture.
