i still don't get why cut and not make the full jump. i'm not saying to kill yourself because things do get better but if you hate yourself so much that you rip pieces of you're arm off its either attention whoring or you know who you are on the inside and the monster you really are but that seems unlikely.

I had a 6ft around 300lb patient years ago that was a cutter. She was a big gurl and her left forearm was 1/4 the size of the right from cutting it Scars everywhere .She was so bad the ER's would not treat her or sew her up without any novocain. One night i was working 11-7 and she opened up her abdominal wound that she had originally done 3 nights before. She tore the stitches out and you could see about 6 inches of fatty tissue. I called the doc on call to look at her and he did so and said " we are not wasting any more money sending her to the ER plus the ER said they are not going to treat her anymore" I had no empathy for her as I like animals not people. They usually do this to feel something as many were abused and do not feel anything most of time.Well thats my 2 cents in this matter.
