Here’s what’s odd to me.... she was convulsing as if she was already basically gone and her body was running the gammon of last-ditch efforts... then all of the sudden she slowly and with full control moves her hair off her face.... kind of weird..

She's not convulsing, she's sobbing hard. Poor kid. Needing to cover up emotional pain with physical pain. Horrific.
