Now contrary to what that Wiki states, One can go to certain places in Pennsylvania (my home state) and buy as many actual M-80's as they want.. Roman candles, mortars, rockets.. list goes on.. places all over.. Last one I was at is in the Poconos.. Need no I.D. or license or letter from a fire department to buy stuff there..
They actual M-80s when I was there, website does not do the place justice..
Some of the places require I.D. or a letter from a local fire department, and also..it is illegal for any store to sell you anything fireworks or related if you are from out of state.. (Because some is legal here, but not other states, vice-versa)
