Sebaceous Horn on Abdomen

Human Horn is extremely rare, but rare cases do exist .
Horns can arise on human body .
Very few cases were reported in worldwide about existence of horn.
whenever human horn found,mainly found on scalp, face, fingers. But horn arising from abdomen is rarest.
In this case this man developed horn like projection(growth) from his abdomen.It was growing painlessly, slowly over many years until he visited us for a check up.
This rare condition is called sebaceous horn or cutaneous horn.
This cutaneous horns are non cancerous.
exact cause of its growth is unknown. As it is hard like nail, can be cut with a razor.
ideally to be removed surgically with proper closure of wound. can be done under local anesthesia.
