people that are afraid of white coats, needles and scalpel perhaps.
many grow very slow and over the years they get used to it and consider it a part of themselves.

Okay, I have a couple of thoughts on this.
A) Why does the doc make the incision so small? Just open the thing up and be done with it. ?
B) Why record the process if your hands are blocking the view?!

There's really no need to make a larger incision, since the contents of the cyst can usually be squeezed out through a small opening. I am surprised they don't just stick a large bore needle in there and suck the "stuff" out, but I suppose they have to be able to make sure all of the contents have been removed.

I once had one of these on my back which was about the size of a quarter. It appeared seemingly overnight--at least, I didn't notice it until it reached that size and it stayed that size. Doc removed it without any problem. Four stitches if I remember right and a lot of pushing and squeezing. Until recently, I thought he had removed something solid.

I'm telling you doctor next time give yourself more room to work in and also squeeze all the 'milk' he said out. You didn't milk that one good enough. Bad job there fella.
