Girl or guy, who cares. Obviously some DIY infection attention stuff from someone in high school or elementary school. Keep it for yourself or don't do it at all.

A lot of surface piercings dont last long anyhow and become VERY infected even if you get it done at a shop. I have seen alot of cool ones with people I work with.
