In Bataysk, Rostov Oblast, Russia, a man entered a shop and, hiding behind the shelves, he began stabbing himself in the arms and stomach, while simultaneously filming his actions on his phone. According to the regional Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the man, 30, remains alive in hospital. |
