Russia - Tire Shop Employee Stabbed Over Bill
"A recidivist criminal attacked an employee of a tire shop in Novosibirsk with a knife. He delivered 12 blows, the victim survived. The attacker was arrested on the same day. The reason for the conflict is the refusal to exchange a large bill."
