Russia - Massive Pillar Of Ice Falls On Man
In Moscow, an ice block sent a high-ranking employee of the Ministry of Emergency Situations to the intensive care unit The incident occurred when a man was walking past an uninhabited building on Initiative Street. A.E., director of the operational management department of the Russian Emergencies Ministry, was injured. The man was hospitalized in critical condition with a head injury. He underwent surgery, but doctors have not yet given any predictions.
