"The fall of a block of melting snow from the roof of a multi-storey building sent a woman to the traumatology center in Novosibirsk. The incident happened on K. Marksa St. On the same day, another person was injured: icy rain fell on a 41-year-old passer-by on Uchenicheskaya Street in Pervomaisky District. The woman was admitted to the hospital." |
