Russia - Dude Cracks His Skull Falling Down Stairs
 "In Kazan, a man pierced his skull, climbing a children's slide For some reason, a 33-year-old resident decided to climb into a house on a hill, but he stumbled and fell right on his head. Footage of the fatal fall was caught on video. The victim lay unconscious for about 20 minutes, until passers-by still called an ambulance. At first, many thought that a drunkard was lying on the street. Doctors diagnosed a closed craniocerebral injury, a severe contusion of the temporal region. Now the lover of children's slides is in the hospital."

The same could happen to a kid, probably better to have grass, sand, mulch, something soft at the bottom.
