With it being Russia, I would say Krokodil. For those unfamiliar, I'm adding the DEA fact sheet and a case study. A lot of users end up going ulcerated and necrotic. The chick in the case study zoomed through the scaly phase and went right to rotting.

The long and short of it is: Krokodil is produced by synthesizing desomorphine from codeine and combining it with other low-cost, easily obtained additives. These additives can include hydrochloric acid, red phosphorus (from matchbook striking surfaces), iodine, gasoline, and paint thinner and have been proposed to contribute to krokodil's severe cutaneous and systemic effects.
