this is definitely an acid burn. It is not thermal nor related to drug injection. The bandages are from acid splashing onto her legs. This was deliberate. Poor girl!

I agree. The skin on her right buttock is "melted" like you see in other acid attack victims. There are signs of it on her legs as well. And of course her genitals. Definitely not thermal.
