Why not sedate her and take her to the OR for debridement?? This seems unnecessarily cruel.

I'm guessing it's a cancerous lesion full of necrotic tissue. Poor woman. Just awful.

That is a very severe lesion outside her vagina, although I would not be surprised if it is spread to her inside. Many parts of the world don’t have good health care. This could be something like cervical cancer, with no treatment, including debridement of the dead tissue, which would prevent many, many problems, including this. Nothing she can do but treat the other issues it causes. Very, very sad. |
