I don't understand either, but this looks like it was causing her discomfort when they were individually coming out.

I was thinking a lot about how this could happen, and I came to a few theories.
1.Either she's got some kind of illness leaving her bedridden and reliant on a carer to wipe - they haven't, and shit has caked up on her coochie.

2. This was some kind of very poor attempt at maggot therapy.

3. This woman has similar interests to "Blowfly Girl" and was intentionally rubbing shit and maggots into herself.

Or 4, perhaps these are mangoworms, and not regular maggots.
