Looks like there had been multiple previous surgeries based on the half-dissolved stitches on her upper thighs and the massive scar tissue at the coccyx. Maybe an infection like MRSA |

She also had a back surgery, higher up than the coccyx. Looks like low thoracic to upper lumbar region. I have the same scar, a little lower down (L5-S1) and had a decubitus ulcer stating over the coccyx a 2 months after the surgery. I was in a coma for a month and the nursing staff was awesome and turned me quite frequently, but the skin is so thin in that area that it's almost impossible NOT to help getting an ulcer in the area..... at least due to prolonged pressure from being sedentary. It almost looks, in a few focal areas, like she might have had some type of burns, perhaps grafts (lower surgical site over the glutes)? MRSA- could be..... it is insidious with related necrotized tissue. |
