GROSS.
I had a tooth that got a cavity even my dentist didn't see (in between the teeth near the gumline). I have very big, tight teeth. Anyways, the cavity never caused me pain so I never knew. The inside of my tooth died (the nerve bundle?) and one day I was chomping on some crackers at work and my tooth cracked, half my tooth just fell out. I was mortified. Anyways, the point of my story is that tooth STILL looked better than most of these. That's not bad oral hygiene, it's just plain NO oral hygiene, lol.
