It looks like he was shooting something that wasn't designed to be shot. Maybe it was Methadone, but if it was it was probs crushed and mixed with water. Don't blame the Methadone, just blame the stupid fuck that shot the methadone, aren't designed to be injected, this is the end game if you do.

It sounds like he was using methadone by shooting it up. Methadone is incredibly safe when used correctly and can assist in helping people be safe and live the lives they want to.
