I'm sorry- if it was an accident, helping him is good But if he was trying to kill himself, they should have let him. Now he will either die a horrendously prolonged and painful death, or will survive and be hideously scarred, in pain, and more miserable than ever. Either way, that looks like one of the poorer countries in the world, healthcare wise.
