AquaRazor is correct...This is a procedure done in plastic surgery called Buccal Fat Removal. Buccal fat removal is a type of plastic surgery...also known as a buccal lipectomy or cheek reduction surgery. During the procedure, the buccal fat pads in your cheeks are surgically removed. This thins the cheek lines and defines facial angles. It is sometimes done alone, or also done in conjunction with other procedures such as a chin implant. (For examples, look at some of the Kardashian's before & after photos) |
