Removing Maggots from Mouth of Bedridden Patient
Doctor removes more than 100 maggots nesting in patient's mouth. Due to the aftereffects of a stroke, the patient had been bedridden for a long time and was not properly cared for, allowing maggots to nest in the mouth, which the family did not detect in time

If these had been the kind of maggots that eat living flesh rather than just dead flesh, you have to think his 'care' takers might've noticed a lot sooner....
