Re: Removing The Gallbladder
That was pretty fucking amazing. I just had my gallbladder out last year. It was pretty far gone. I only got to see pics of it. It was crimson on top and black on the bottom and looked like a bag of marbles. My doc couldn't believe I only had severe pain for a couple of hours before I went to emergency. (I thought it was my appendix), that is lower on the right side. I was pretty lucky he told me. Great post as always, Kel! |

Re: Removing The Gallbladder
I thought my ovary had ruptured when I had my first gallbladder attack. When they removed it, it was basically stuck together with sludge with a few marble sized stones floating around in there. They wouldn't let me keep the stones though. :(

Re: Removing The Gallbladder
I had this done too, fun to see the procedure from Dr.Shin's perspective. He has way to much fun at his job! The only thing they don't tell you before the operation...If you eat anything with grease content, you shit water...Seriously... |

Re: Removing The Gallbladder
Collared girl/Rotten/stiffywood, how is this surgery? And what's the pain like after? Any complications after as well, do you have to change certain things? I am having some serious stomach problems at the moment and my doctor suspects it's my gallbladder/stones. I'm awaiting a scan to find out for sure and then i guess if i do have a problem i'll have surgery to remove it. |
