Thought the same thing...then I googled it...think of the guy's ass like you would a watering can you would use to water flowers..how it has a the "shower head" effect of multiple exits for water to escape and pour out..in short,..the man had multiple fistulas from the colon out to his outer skin. Crohn's does that..bores holes out from one organ into other..in this case, from his colon's walls out to the outer skin..making new exits..(he had many assholes..) And man..I ever get chron's and it gets that bad..Please feel free to humanely euthanize me.. |

Smoking exacerbates Crohn's. I would think having a watering can ass would be enough to make one reconsider the smoking issue.
