A keloid is a growth of extra scar tissue where the skin has healed after an injury. I have no idea what caused this guys injury, but this is a lot of scaring.

i have a thick keloid right on my forehead about 2 inches long... Is there anyway to reduce the thickness of it??

Ah man... that's horrible.. I always feared of getting keloids when I was stretching my earlobes about 12 years ago...
Surgery and steroids.. only way to get rid of that.. if he's lucky..

No doubt a lot of abused and punished African slaves looked just like that back in the day when slavery was legal... A sad and painful reminder of American history that people tend to "conveniently" forget about.

And just how long are we to carry that memory into perpetuity? No one alive today in this country has been a slave or slaver. I personally don't think about it yet hear it Ad Nauseum!
