That pin was put there to keep the thumb straight while it healed and he pulled it out himself rather than go to the doctor. They say it doesn't really hurt pulling them out it just feels like strong tugging on the finger.

That was a Kürschner Nail to fix a break of his Finger. It does not hurt. Its only Hard to remove. He should keep the hole Clean when he don´t want a Infection. |
