That my friend's is a bot fly maggot. the bot fly cannot carry it's eggs so while in flight it hi-jacks a mosquito and drops it's eggs on the under belly,when the mosquito lands and bite's u or whomever the larvae get warm and drop onto there new host!unfortunately this poor lady's eye!! nice post!
