Rare Baby Syndrome
He was born with a rare syndrome and although the baby is already receiving treatment, the family is in need of help and needs donations. Wonder what syndrome this is. |

Does Treacher-Collins affect the limbs as well? I was somehow under the impression it only caused facial deformities. The child in the video looks to have abnormal arms as well.
