Radial Forearm Free-Flap Phalloplasty: Tattooed Penis
Phalloplasty is a complex operation to build a penis, repair one after injury or correct a congenital condition. In radial forearm free-flap phalloplasty, surgeons take a large flap of skin with its nerves, arteries and veins from the forearm, roll it into a shaft and attach it to the groin. The donor site requires a skin graft. Urethral lengthening, shaping the glans, placement of a penile implant and scrotal reconstruction may be performed together or in stages. Surgery takes 8 to 10 hours or longer, and staged treatment can extend over 12 to 18 months. Full function usually takes a year or more and often requires several operations. Risks include urethral narrowing, urinary fistulas, infection and partial tissue loss. · · · · · · · · · · · · |

Maybe he thought it would hurt less this way! Or, the tattoo artist died and he wanted that tattoo. |

I know this is the type of thing they do to create a penis if you were transitioning from female to male but this guy looks bio-male,,, odd.. wonder what happened..
