He looks very, very dead in pic two. Look how his rib cage has been split open, and he has no respirator. The last pic must be out of order.

More then likely one busted and he had no choice but to confess or die. What I can't undestand is the last pic; the one before shows him all cracked open like it's an autopsy. Did he died  |

No idea. Looks to me like he died. Maybe he was in hospital ill and then this is what they found in autopsy. I hate when i can't find info with pics  |

If you look at the second picture you can tell he didn't live. He is obviously dead. No internal organs in his chest cavity along with not being intibated. Just saying that last picture doesn't belong.
