I actually had this procedure in 1999 because regardless of age, sexual activity, weight, or race some people just have labia that can be large enough to cause medical problems or be just flat uncomfortable. These's pictures are gruesome, labioplasty is not fun by any means, and it wasn't vanity for me... try being dancer in thinny little things that your shit can literally fall out of, it was causing a problem with my career...
