Very cool. I found a fascinating explanation for this: It's a type of teratoma, a cyst formed from cells that become random cells within the cyst. These cysts can have teeth, hair, fingernails, and other bizarre body parts and organs in them due to this. If these cells form heart cells, the cyst will actually pulsate, as seen in the video.

Interesting. Wonder if it isn't just a parasite though. I would love to see actual formed nails or something in a cyst. So far, only fibrous stuff that's supposedly hair follicles. Heart cells in a cyst would be epic. |
