Problem Feet.
Looks like an allergy to the thongs (flip flops) especially if they're made of rubber. The scabby foot is ......scabby. It needs a cut and a clean.

I think the first picture is chemical burns from a pair of Walmart flip-flops that were recalled because of it. From what I can remember, it may be something entirely different.  |
