Brazil...the paradise of socialism. They'll receive the best healthcare of course - since it's free. Hope they don't get HIV from dirty needles during treatment....b/c that never happens....never!
Free healthcare doesn't necessarily mean crap healthcare...(unless you mean just Brazil), but in canada, I'll take my free health care any day over the united states'...only the rich have guaranteed health benefits...everyone else better hope they don't get sick lol

Btw those guys totally deserved what they got. You're in prison. You don't get to complain to hotel staff and switch rooms.
