it could be real. there was a young girl in the news a while back, she gave birth at home, but the baby was still in the sac, he suffacated becuz she claimed she didnt know the baby was supposed to come out of the sac

oh yeah that was all over the news and thats story about that fucked up chick that wanted her own baby but couldnt have one and kidnapped a pregnant woman and tried to give birth to her baby in a shit hotel room and the baby was born in its sack and fuckin drown to death crazy shit so it could be real in a fucked up way though a really beautiful picture

My guess is that it's from an autopsy. During an autopsy the abdomen would be opened, and it would be obvious that there was a pregnancy. In that case, since the baby is already dead too, they will take it out and possibly do pathology on it as well as the mom. That would explain why it's so perfectly undamaged, and also not bloody at all... dead bodies don't bleed.
