It's just the progression of the disease. It looks like she's already had a couple major surgery's and it gets to a point where the Docs say"Us cutting you up more is not gonna save you, or buy you anymore time, all we can do is make you as comfortable as possible". There's nothing more we can do. and that's it.

That looks like the cancer once removed came back aggressively.Many times if the cancer has not been effectively removed with very clean margins it can return even if the Lymph nodes are clean. It's best to find what is driving the cancer such as estrogen and put her on a blocker. This woman definitely has an advanced situation.  |
