Poor little sod. Anencephaly, with severe cleft palate? I dunno..just a bad guess. It is NOT fake though. The truth really is stranger than fiction.
It looks like they were just leaving it to die. It can't feed with a mouth disfigurement like that and I didn't see any feeding tubes...not saying there aren't any, I just didn't see any.

Any docs here who know what this is?
