Well there's no story there, so how would you know? You're just making an assumption that a guy went up to a bear and started poking it with a stick. There are many places, such as Canada, where humans and the creatures co-exist, so people can't be blamed for being their habitat.

Well i just assumed, and got upset that the bear was shot and killed. Its most of the time that people go poking around near these animals.
