I've had that done to the same big toe back in 96' when I had an ingrown toe nail that never seemed to correct itself after cutting it down. The pain from my doctor cutting underneath the nail all the way down to the cuticle was so bad, my entire foot was sweating bullets... So watching this video wasn't so bad for me, because I can relate.
