Pink Teeth
Pink teeth phenomenon is most commonly found in corpses whose causes of death involved asphyxiation, such as those who drowned, suffocated, or were hanged. This lack of oxygen causes blood vessels in the central cavity of the teeth to burst, filling them with blood and giving them their rosy complexion. Pink teeth can occur during life and postmortem. Although pink teeth is common in deaths involving asphyxiation, it must not be considered a reliable odontological parameter for determining the exact cause of death. I'm including it because it can happen during life even though my examples are dead. |
