Pilonidal Cyst Removal Wound Photos After Surgery
Had a cyst removed 09/2020 with a gnarly after surgery wound that resulted in 11 stitches.  "A pilonidal (pie-low-NIE-dul) cyst is an abnormal pocket in the skin that usually contains hair and skin debris. It does! Took over 10 weeks of recovery and now I'm having nerve pain they said nothing else they can do. A large majority of the time I regret having it

I had this surgery in 2007. Thought healing was going well until a week after surgery when I woke up and saw blood everywhere in my bed. I had popped every single stitch in my sleep. Hope you continue to get better!
