Pretty nasty stuff... I hate to imagine the smell. BTW, I believe this the beginning of "marsupializing" a pilonidal cyst, since it looked as though the surgeon was making a pocket that purulent or decaying matter could easily be removed from. (I'm not a doctor, just an avid fan of Dr. Billy Goldberg & Mark Leyner's medical trivia books, in one of which they talked about marsupisalized pilonidal cysts) |
