Pilonidal Cyst
There’s a type of cyst you can get at the bottom of your tailbone, or coccyx. It’s called a pilonidal cyst, and it can become infected and filled with pus. Once infected, the technical term is “pilonidal abscess,” and it can be painful. And it is nasty! |

So...I have one of these. Every 6 months or so it will flare up and then drain. It has never looked anything like this. It’s always just pus. This looks like straight up shit. |
