Dilaudid will constipate the ever living fuck out of you. I had them right after my first back surgery and I took them sparingly simply because it would take me 3 days to take a proper shit afterwards. A woman that age could actually kill herself pushing a shit that hard and not just by smashing her mug on the tub.
