Dated a girl who had a really mild case of this - she just had an angled curvature of her sternum that made her rack separate a little when she didn't have a bra on. It did, however, make them hang out straight, parallel, and perky when she drew her hair back into a pony tail...still have that mental polaroid on hotlink for lonely moments.
